HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?
Making an order on our website could not be easier. Just have a browse through our online shop and add any items you wish to purchase into your shopping cart. After you have finished click on 'checkout', you will then be asked for some information that we require for us to complete the order.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept credit/debit card payments and also Paypal. If you wish to collect from us we can also accept cash.
DO YOU OFFER FINANCE?
Unfortunately we do not currently offer a finance option, however it is something we are looking into.
WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?
All our products come with free postage to UK Mainland. For more information please see our shipping policy.
If you are not from mainland UK please don't worry we will do all we can to get our fantastic range to you at a competitive price. Please contact us before you place your order and we will get a quote to you as soon as possible.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? DO YOU OFFER ANY WARRANTY?
We do not offer refunds for our products due to the speed, capabilities and stress which the scooter might go through. Our scooters however all come with a 1 year manufacturer warranty. This includes motor, battery, controller and display (where applicable). We also include a 6 month warranty for the frame, however we must stress that the warranty will not cover damage caused by the rider.
